How does the free trial work?

You can sign up and start using Feedelity right away for free for 2 weeks. Connect your Google Business Profiles, explore the features, and see the value for yourself. No credit card is required to get started. After 2 weeks, you'll need to move to a paid license.

How does the 'per location' billing work?

Your base subscription cost is calculated based on the number of locations you register in Feedelity. This allows our pricing to scale fairly as your business grows.

How do add-on integrations work?

You only pay for the integrations you use. Google, Instagram, and Facebook are included in the base price. For Deliveroo, Uber Eats, and Just Eat Takeaway, billing is based on the number of integrated restaurants. For example, if you connect 5 Deliveroo locations and 2 Just Eat locations, you will be charged for 5 Deliveroo add-ons and 2 Just Eat add-ons. Outlook is billed by the number of locations. No hidden fees, just simple and fair pricing based on your actual usage.

Can I cancel my subscription?

For the Standard Plan, you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time directly from your account settings.
